- Orders on batteryint.com can be cancelled before shipment.
- Please contact our customer service if you want to cancel your order,After we confirmed the shipping status,we will issue a refund(If we have shipped your order,it will be treated as returns).
- Please note:paypal fee will not refund as the paypal Policy for seller.
- If the battery you purchased is a customized product, cancellation unacceptable.
- If your battery arrives damaged or is not working, you can return it to us within 7 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment in case the delivery date is not traceable. You will receive an e-mail containing the shipment date and other details of your order after it has been shipped.
- Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. All the return shipping fees will be covered by us.
- We will do our best to ensure that the products shipped to our customers are in their best condition. If your product turns out to be defective, please provide us with the following proofs:
- This clause does not include products of a category with specific warranty terms as well as damages caused by incorrect usage of a product.
- Photos of the front and the back of the package or box;
- Partial shipment slips (if applicable);
- Photo or video of the defective item;
- Photo or video and a detailed description of the problem;
- Upon being returned, the defective item will be refunded or replaced for free.

If the item you have received differs completely from the one you ordered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service and to provide us with the following proofs:
- Photos or a video of the incorrect item;

- Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy. If a return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you once you send us a return shipping receipt showing how much you paid to return it. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition you received it in. For the incorrect item, if you are able to find a use of it and prefer to keep it, you may suggest that to us and we will offer you a certain discount for buying it.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways.
- Please ensure to return the item with its original packaging and accessories in the same condition as when you received it.

After 90 days and within 180 days from shipment
After receiving the defective item, we will forward it to our repair center. You will be charged the return shipping fees And Batteryint will charged the send-back shipping fee.
After 180 days from shipment
Batteries are consumables ,We will not accept a refund or a replacement after 180 days from shipment.
How can I return the defective item to Batteryint?
All customers should contact Batteryint Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(contact:sales@batteryint.com) . Batteryint will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Notes:
- The returned products must be in a new and resolvable condition with original packaging, including cartons, parts, instruction manuals, etc.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage, we will bear all the costs of sending replacement. For the sake of protection, we strongly recommend the buyer to insure the returned goods against loss or damage, and use a shipper who can provide proof of delivery.
- Any return must consult us first, do not accept return without RMA (provided by our customer service).
- Our refund policy only refunds the purchase price (excluding freight and handling charges or insurance).
- Please place a note inside the return package by including the following details(order number;product ID or name;quantity;a short description of the problem that occurred with this product)
- After mailing back the product, please send us the tracking number and a copy of the shipping receipt; if we can not receive this information, we will have to wait until when the product arrives in our warehouse.We have no responsibility to respond to items lost in the return process.

How long will you get your refund?

Return packaging requirements
1.If the battery package is unopened, please return it in the original packaging of the battery.
2.If the battery has been taken out and used, please repack the battery for return.
3.Before sending the return package, you need to take a photo of the courier label on the package, which includes the recipient, sender and tracking number.
Packaging requirements are as follows:
- The outer packaging carton of the battery must be packed in a hard carton.
- Do not place any notes, reminders, or printed paper in the package.
- The battery should avoid direct contact between the positive and negative poles. Insulating materials such as plastic film can be used to separate the positive and negative poles, and metal objects that may cause battery short circuits should not be placed in the package.
- The battery needs to be properly fixed in the package to avoid damage due to collision and friction during transportation. For example, fix it with foam or cardboard slots.
For some special batteries, returns need to be packaged in accordance with relevant transportation regulations, such as using packaging materials with fireproof and explosion-proof properties.
