Batteries are consumables ,We will not accept a refund or a replacement after 180 days from shipment.
How can I return the defective item to Batteryint?
All customers should contact Batteryint Customer Service for approval before sending anything to us before returning any item(contact:sales@batteryint.com) . Batteryint will not be responsible for returned item(s) without notifying us in advance.
Notes:
- The returned products must be in a new and resolvable condition with original packaging, including cartons, parts, instruction manuals, etc.
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage, we will bear all the costs of sending replacement. For the sake of protection, we strongly recommend the buyer to insure the returned goods against loss or damage, and use a shipper who can provide proof of delivery.
- Any return must consult us first, do not accept return without RMA (provided by our customer service).
- Our refund policy only refunds the purchase price (excluding freight and handling charges or insurance).
