1. How do I know this 7.8Ah battery fits my child's RFN Warrior?
1. This pack is designed for the 14" SX-E500, 14" SX-E700 R, and 16" SX-E800. If your bike is one of those three, it drops straight in. It will NOT fit the smaller SX-E250 or SX-E400 — those use a 5.2Ah pack. When in doubt, email us your model year before ordering.
2. Is this battery safe for my kid's off-road dirt bike?
2. Safety is built in. Every pack includes a BMS that prevents overcharge, over-discharge, short circuits, and overheating. Cells are grade-A 18650 lithium-ion, and the whole pack is wrapped in protective heat-shrink with a secure strap mount.
3. Will performance feel the same as the original 7.5Ah RFN pack?
3. Yes. At 36V 7.8Ah / 280.8Wh, this pack matches the OEM energy almost exactly. Acceleration, top speed, and range feel the same as when the bike was new. No weak power, no voltage sag under load.
4. Do I need to buy a new charger?
4. No. This battery charges through the original 5.5mm DC port and works with your existing RFN 42V 2A charger. A full charge takes about 4 hours. If you need a spare charger, contact us.
5. Why 7.8Ah instead of the 7.5Ah spec on my bike?
5. The factory rating of 7.5Ah is an industry-rounded number. We use 2600mAh 18650 cells in a 10S3P arrangement, which mathematically delivers 7.8Ah. It's the same physical pack — just rated by actual cell capacity rather than the conservative OEM label.
6. Can I install this myself, or do I need a mechanic?
6. You can do it in your driveway in under two minutes. Unplug the XT60 connector, lift out the old pack, drop in the new one, and reconnect. No tools, no wiring changes, no dealership visit.
7. How long will this battery last in real riding conditions?
7. Expect 500+ charge cycles before capacity drops below 80%. For a kids' bike ridden on weekends, that typically translates to 2–3 years of regular use.
8. What if it fails a few months after I buy it?

9. Is this a genuine RFN OEM battery?
9. No. This is an aftermarket replacement battery made by Batteryint to OEM specifications. It is not manufactured by or affiliated with RFN/Apollo. If you specifically need an RFN-branded box, this is not the product for you.
