Hello, I am Tan JinSheng, the founder of Guangxi Tongao Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. I have 16 years of extensive experience in the battery manufacturing industry. Currently focusing on the R&D of consumer lithium-ion batteries and energy storage batteries.
In 2005, My first job began in BYD Company Limited, where I worked as a battery R&D engineer. I was primarily responsible for the selection of battery materials and the testing and analysis of battery performance. Due to my outstanding technical achievements, I was awarded the title of "Outstanding R&D Engineer" by the National Battery Industry Association.
With accumulated experience, I gradually took on more R&D projects, particularly achieving significant results in the application research of electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems. I led the "High Rate Charge and Discharge Lithium-ion Battery and its Manufacturing Method" project, which not only enhanced the charging and discharging efficiency of the batteries but also significantly extended their lifespan. This project was recognized by the National Patent Office and has been widely applied in the market.
Additionally, I have actively participated in cutting-edge research in the field of new energy, securing several patents, such as "Cathode Material for Lithium Batteries Based on Nanomaterials and its Manufacturing Process." These patents have not only enhanced our company's technological reserves but have also contributed to the technological advancement of the industry. My patented achievements are innovative technically and have shown great market value in practical applications.
In 2014, I joined Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL) and served as the R&D Manager, specifically responsible for providing high-quality electric vehicle lithium battery solutions to clients in Europe, including Germany, achieving several successful cases.
In March 2020, I joined Guangxi Tongao Supply Chain Co., Ltd as the CEO and Director of R&D, mainly focusing on the development and management of consumer lithium-ion batteries and energy storage batteries, such as those for electric bicycles and scooters. Through relentless efforts, I successfully developed several high-energy-density and long-life lithium-ion battery products suitable for outdoor sports, significantly enhancing our market competitiveness.
During my tenure as R&D Manager, I led several major R&D projects, including the development and application of new energy batteries. Through cross-departmental collaboration, we developed high-performance battery packs for electric vehicles and obtained multiple national patents. This project not only earned the company an Innovation Award but also garnered widespread attention in the industry, becoming a benchmark case.
Additionally, I actively participated in academic exchanges and training within the industry, obtaining several professional certifications, such as ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications. These certifications not only enhanced my professional expertise but also provided a solid foundation for our competitiveness in the international market.
Today, I am committed to developing popular battery products for electric bicycles and scooters among young people and have established well-known brands such as BatteryZone and KeepBatt, providing battery solutions for various scenarios such as outdoor and home use. Our products are not only exported to countries in North America, Europe, and Asia, such as the United States, Germany, and Japan, but also supply batteries to internationally renowned platforms like Amazon, Rakuten, and Walmart. We successfully developed a high-energy-density, long-life battery product and obtained multiple national patents. These technological innovations significantly enhanced our product's market competitiveness and received high praise from customers.
In sales management, I formulated scientific sales strategies and customer service systems guided by market demands. By optimizing the sales process and strengthening customer relationship management, our team achieved a significant increase in sales in a short period. Particularly in the electric bicycle and energy storage system markets, our product sales doubled for three consecutive years, and our market share steadily increased.
Additionally, I placed great emphasis on team building and talent development, regularly organizing technical training and market analysis seminars to enhance the team's overall quality and competitiveness. The team's effort and collaborative spirit earned us multiple awards including the "Best Team Award" and the "Sales Champion Award."
